Well to sell the house, Rob made many suggestions that he thought would be in my best interest to do to maximize getting the best price. I didn’t agree with him on a couple of them and I challenged him to give me good reasons. In the end I took his advice because he has never let me down. What he did that was so extraordinary is the team he has to work with. I needed some plaster work and he provided a great guy for that work.. The cleaning crew was so good at making the hours sparkling and XXXX was great. I had lots of things to get rid of and he had someone help with those items. The outcome is I sold my house on the first weekend above the list price. Rob and his team were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.
